Our associates will confirm the legitimacy of applicant information including assisting our client with the process involved in obtaining a Criminal Record check through local law enforcement. Our experience indicates that a thorough pre-employment screening process, should it have been completed during the hiring process, in some cases would have eliminated a costly and frustrating investigation and legal process to resolve issues, which could have been avoided. Loss Prevention and Internal and External Investigation

WCB / Insurance & Disability Claim Verification
We will provide investigation support including discreet covert photographic video surveillance to assist in verifying the legitimacy of workers' compensation or private insurance disability claims from suspected malingerers. This photographic evidence will document the physical condition, activities and process of recovery of the employee and is self-evident. We will provide all evidence developed in a court acceptable manner and will corroborate our findings through testimony in hearings, negotiations or court.
Substance Abuse Identification, Interdiction and Resolution
Our general manager, in addition to years of drug enforcement and intelligence experience as a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police is a graduate of the Mount Royal College Addiction Studies Diploma Program. We will discreetly assist in determining if suspected substance abuse exists in the work environment and will develop information and evidence to eliminate this use and the resulting financial and liability issues which can devastate a business.
