Surveillance
Discreet video surveillance can afford a productive and reflective method of censuring a plaintiff's claim and in determining an individual's current activity level. Objectivity is essential and together with the corroboration of a credible licensed investigator, the courts are often agreeable to admitting videotape surveillance as evidence of the reality of a plaintiff's physical condition and activity level.
Our surveillance techniques developed over years in law enforcement and as investigators in private practice ensure that discreetly obtained photographic evidence will be presented in a court acceptable manner. All surveillance is effectively managed to achieve maximum results and to eliminate dead time by completing a thorough analysis of our objectives prior to commencement.
Our associates maintain state of the art video photographic equipment including full covert capacity, which has significantly enhanced the effectiveness of photographic evidence obtained in confined areas such as sporting events, shopping malls, restaurants etc. All surveillance vehicles are discreetly maintained and include multi vehicle privacy plus radio and wireless communication which is linked to management through our digital in-house global communication network allowing immediate and secure contact between all personnel.
