NB - All consultations are complimentary and will be treated as Confidential in perpetuity whether or not our services are utilized. Our legal obligation and corporate policy requires that potential clients identify themselves and their contact information in a manner that would allow easy confirmation before a quote relating to our investigation services will be provided. Further, that we and our legal support be satisfied that the request for investigation is within the parameters of all criminal, civil and privacy code and legislation.
At the conclusion of an investigation, the results will be provided under the following conditions:
- Directly to a client’s legal counsel, following receipt of written instructions from legal counsel indicating that the investigation is being requested in anticipation of or in support of existing litigation
- To a private individual once we have determined the legitimacy and legality of the request
To ensure that an individual’s right to privacy is protected, the location of all persons identified though our investigation will only be released with their permission or directly to client legal counsel in anticipation of or in support of existing litigation.
An investigation services agreement, to be executed by both parties, will describe the nature of the investigation services to be provided and the cost.
